Welcome to MANEL. These terms apply to purchases made through inmanel.com. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns and Replacement Policy before placing an order.

1. About MANEL

MANEL is a home-based online fashion business operating in Sri Lanka.

2. Products and sizing

Please review the product description, available measurements and size information before ordering.

We aim to represent our garments accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. This does not affect your rights if a product materially differs from its description.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed by the payment provider shown during checkout.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the amount of an accepted order.

4. Orders

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and check your selected items and sizes before completing checkout.

Orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, an error or another issue, we will contact you. Any payment collected for an item we cannot supply will be refunded.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges and any available delivery estimates are provided before purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives with a problem, contact us so we can investigate.

6. Returns and replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrect size selected by the customer.

If an item was supplied with damage or a manufacturing defect attributable to MANEL, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the evidence before approving a replacement.

Damage caused after delivery through wear, washing, misuse or handling is not eligible.

Contact us for approval and return instructions before sending an item back. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved claims are resolved through replacement rather than refund, subject to applicable consumer rights. If a replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

7. Cancellations and order changes

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated based on its processing and dispatch status.

8. Website use and content

You must not use this website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

MANEL’s branding, photographs, text and designs belong to MANEL or their respective rights holders. Commercial reproduction or use requires the relevant owner’s permission.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit our website or place an order.

10. Consumer rights and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
